Shadowsphere we offer a return policy to all of our customers. If your new sterling
silver jewellery reaches you in a damaged condition, or has any manufacturing
faults, we will be happy to refund your money.
Just return your jewellery to us in its
original, unopened packaging and we'll either exchange the jewellery, or refund
the purchase price (your choice). Please note that postage cannot be refunded.
We do not, however, refund or exchange
in the following situations:
- If the jewellery has been subject to
accidental damage, or mistreatment. This includes damage caused by rough treatment
of the jewellery, such as pulling and tugging roughly leading to breakage.
- Damage caused by perfume, hairspray,
chlorine, salt water, or other agents.
Your sterling silver jewellery is of exceptional
quality, however it is not unbreakable, so treat it well! For information on

To benefit from our guarantee service,
we must be properly notified of any problems before the guarantee period is
ended. We shall also need to inspect the item before we can make any final decision.
