How do I place an order?

You can place an order by clicking the 'buy' button on any item. This will add your new jewellery to your shopping cart. From here you can continue to add pieces of jewellery, or continue to checkout. At checkout you can alter your order, or create an account with which to continue through to the shipping page.
Ordering online is easy and secure! All orders are SSL Encrypted to safeguard your bank card and personal information. However if you are having trouble with our system, simply email the order through and I will contact you for payment details.

What is your Privacy Policy?

Is shopping at Shadowsphere secure?

Yes. We use a 128 bit encrypted SSL certificate so your details will never be compromised. You can see the small lock symbol in the bottom corner of your screen when you are on a secure page, with the page name in your browser changing to shadowsphere.powweb, which is our SSL certificate name.

How much does shipping cost?

At Shadowsphere we deliver products worldwide, including to the United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and many more countries. We offer flat rate shipping both to Australia and worldwide.

No matter how many products you buy, you will never pay more than your initial shipping cost.

When you proceed through the checkout process, you will automatically be presented with the relevant shipping options based on the country that you are buying from.

Australian Delivery : $3.50 flat rate
International Delivery : $7.50 flat rate

What are my shipping Options?

Your jewellery order will ship within 48 hours of our reciept of your payment. We use Australia Post regular and Express shipping.

Australia Post: We offer our customers within Australia regular or Express Post. Delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days from the day of shipping.
International Post: Our international customers can be assured their items will be received safely through Registered International Post. Delivery time to most countries is estimated by Australia Post to be 4-10 business days from the day of shipping, and you will need to sign for your parcel.

What do I do if my parcel doesn't arrive?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived in the time expected please contact your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you. If they don’t have it, please email us with your name and order details and we will look into it for you.

What payments do you accept?

We accept the following payments:

Direct deposit - Use your online banking to deposit funds straight into our account.
Paypal - Use Paypal to pay us with the touch of a button using your preferred credit card or bank account.
Australian Money Order - these can be purchased from any Post Office.
Personal Cheque - (funds must be in Australian Dollars only, and your goods will not ship until payment has cleared.
Credit cards - Visa and Mastercard can be accepted through our website.
